FBISD Board names Mike Hejducek as principal of Scanlan Oaks Elementary

FORT BEND ISD ― The Fort Bend ISD Board of Trustees named Mike Hejducek as the new principal at Scanlan Oaks Elementary at its January 23 Board meeting.  Hejducek is an experienced educational leader and has served in public education for 23 years.  He most recently had served as the Head of Lower School for Grace School.  Prior to this role, he opened Scanlan Oaks Elementary in 2004 as its first principal and also served FBISD as an assistant principal and art teacher.

After graduating from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Hejducek received his Master of Education degree at the University of Houston.
