Ridgegate Elementary School Receives Donated Band Instruments from Fidelity Investments

FORT BEND ISD - Ridgegate Elementary School recently received a donation of band instruments from Fidelity Investments through a grant from Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation. The donation includes a set of 10 instruments (including three trumpets, two flutes, two clarinets, two alto saxophones, and one trombone) valued at more than $10,000. Fidelity surprised the band students with the instruments on October 12 at the campus. Band Director, Pedro Valle, was most appreciative and assured the businessmen that the instruments would be put to good use.
