Fort Bend ISD Names its April 2010 Employees of the Month

FORT BEND ISD – Fort Bend ISD is pleased to announce its Employees of the Month for April 2010. Allen Aldridge, head football coach and athletic director at Bush High School, is the Professional Employee of the Month for April 2010; and Becky McGuire, coordinator secretary in the Curriculum Department, is the Auxiliary Employee of the Month for April 2010.

Allen Aldridge is a true team player, who graciously volunteers his free time to devote to school activities. Whether he is involved in staff development workshops, faculty meetings or student events, he gives selflessly of himself to ensure that the job gets done. Not only is he a trusted and valued colleague, he is also a positive role model to students on campus. His positive spirit and tireless efforts as a team player and volunteer have earned him the respect and gratitude of his colleagues and the recognition of the Employee of the Month Committee.

Becky McGuire takes pride in her job and in developing positive working relationships with her colleagues, as well as with directors, helping teachers and other school and district staff with whom she regularly interacts. She always has a smile on her face and is quick to offer an encouraging word to colleagues when needed. Her integrity, pride in excellence, and warm character have earned her the recognition from the Curriculum Department staff and the Employee of the Month Committee.
