FBISD Principal, Lee Crews, Receives “Regional Advocate of the Gifted” Award
FORT BEND ISD ― Lee Crews, principal at Clements High School, is recipient of the Regional Advocate of the Gifted award, presented by the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented (TAGT). The award recognizes his outstanding service, contributions, and commitment to gifted education, particularly while serving as principal of Quail Valley Middle School’s GT Academy. Letters of recommendation submitted by students, parents, and teachers highlighted his influence and accomplishments as principal at Quail Valley Middle School's GT Academy. He continues his advocacy for gifted students and supports the efforts of GT teachers as the new principal at Clements High School. As a regional winner, Crews will be honored at the Annual Professional Development Conference for Educators and Parents in Fort Worth on November 10-12. He will also be entered into TAGT’s State Award for Advocate of the Year program.
